At one point it seemed like the problem was that they hadn't actually filed the request for the unlock code at all.ĪBSOLUTE WORST customer service EVER. I've repeated this every other day for the past 8 days, and each time, they said it would be another two days. They said it would be "48 business hours" (? does that mean two days or five days?) and I waited, then called back. Thinking that would be a simple matter, I contacted Xfinity to get the code. My phone still showed an xfinity logo when I started it, and then showed a "Network Lock" screen that demanded an "unlock code" before I could use my new SIM card. I called Comcast to get it unlocked, then turned off my phone, installed the US Mobile SIM card and restarted. My phone is paid off, so I want to switch to US Mobile for a cheaper option. ![]()
